Job Description:

As a Production Intern at Hatch, you will gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing and production process of cutting-edge products. This role involves supporting the production team in various capacities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in our manufacturing operations. It's a fantastic opportunity to understand the intricacies of product manufacturing in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of production schedules.
• Support the production team in daily operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Participate in the analysis of production processes for efficiency improvements.
• Help in maintaining documentation related to production, including process flows and quality control checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in manufacturing processes and technology.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
